Fitness is more accessible now more than ever. Lotus Yoga Wellbeing are proud to offer an Online community that covers everything from Relaxing Yoga to Body HIIT with weights. Live classes are held 6 days a week - and all you need is a little space to move and the internet.
Upper Body and Lower Body workouts aimed to specifically target that muscle group - will have you feeling great from the comfort of your own home! Classes are suitable for all abilities, so grab yourself a water bottle, optional weights if you have them - and join in the fun!
15 minutes before every Live Zoom class you receive an email with any equipment you may need. Eg: A single weight - such as kettlebell.
If you don't have any weights at home - no problem - you can improvise to really enhance your workout!
Membership - Unlimited Zoom Live classes, access to a 'members only' You Tube Channel page with a library of pre recorded videos. Discount on merchandise and FB support page.
PAYG - you can pick and choose classes to suit - book 6 hours before the schedule start time.
If you are unable to attend live - let your instructor know and we can record the session for you. This will be sent to you with an access code and it will be valid for 6 days.
